How we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
This Privacy Policy describes how NextGen Copywriter SL ("NextGen Copywriter", "we", "us") processes personal data collected through nextgencopywriter.com and through the provision of copywriting services. We comply with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish data protection law (LOPDGDD).
Server logs capture IP addresses (anonymised where possible), browser type, pages visited, referrer URL, and access timestamps. This is processed under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interests in website security and performance).
When you submit a contact form, we collect your name, email, and message content. Basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual steps).
Order data includes name, email, phone, country, and payment reference. Payment processing is handled by Stripe Payments Europe, Limited. We do not store card data. Basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Content you share for copywriting projects is treated as strictly confidential and used only to provide the requested service.
To provide and manage copywriting services; respond to enquiries; process payments; communicate project status; comply with legal obligations; and improve our service.
We share data only with: Stripe Payments Europe (payment processing); accountants and legal advisors where required by law. We do not sell data or use advertising platforms.
Enquiries not resulting in a contract: deleted after 6 months. Order and invoice records: 7 years under Spanish tax law. Project files: deleted 90 days after delivery unless otherwise agreed.
Under GDPR Articles 15-21, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your data, and to object to processing. Contact hello@nextgencopywriter.com. You may also complain to the AEPD (Agencia Espanola de Proteccion de Datos) at aepd.es.
