The terms that govern your use of nextgencopywriter.com and all services offered by NextGen Copywriter SL.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you ("Client") and NextGen Copywriter SL, C. de Francisco Pizarro, 3, 50004 Zaragoza, Spain ("NextGen Copywriter", "we"). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
NextGen Copywriter provides professional copywriting and messaging services delivered digitally, including website copy, brand voice development, email sequences, sales page copy, content strategy, and advertising copy. No physical products are supplied.
A binding contract is formed when we send a written order confirmation by email. Until confirmation is sent, no obligation to deliver arises. Quotes are valid for 14 days.
All prices are in Euros (EUR), subject to Spanish VAT (IVA) where applicable. Payment is collected at checkout via Stripe. We do not store card data. For large projects, separate invoicing may be agreed in writing.
Delivery timelines commence from the later of: payment confirmation or receipt of the completed brief from the Client. Solo: 7 business days. Studio: 14 business days. Agency: agreed per project. Timelines are estimates. We notify you if delays arise.
Solo includes 2 revision rounds. Studio includes 3. Agency includes unlimited revisions. A revision is correction of content relative to the agreed brief. Changes to the brief after work has begun may be treated as a new project. Revision requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
You must supply complete brief information. We are not responsible for inaccuracies in copy that result from incomplete or incorrect briefs. You must supply all source materials (brand guidelines, product information, target audience data) before work begins.
Upon full payment, ownership of delivered copy passes to the Client. We retain the right to describe completed work in our portfolio unless the Client requests confidentiality in writing before project start.
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from copy quality unless caused by gross negligence on our part.
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes are subject to the courts of Zaragoza, Spain.
